Chapter II
Always Remember: I'll repeat once again, it is all about the Idea of love, with both the sexes. That is why the majority of crisis occurring in a girl's entire life start with this span of time. Here is the number of crisis that couples between this age group face:
- External crisis: Girls and boys of this age group are very much interested in the concept of hanging out, and spending quality time with each other. In order to prolong the ritual, and keep up with their other fellow couples, they usually hang out and often get caught or seen at places like
Coffee Shops/Restaurants/Lounges/Clubs/Malls/ and similar places. Believe it or not, this happens with every girl between this age group. And then follows the parental pressure, and lots of drama in the house.
- Internal crisis: This has generally got to do with the phone bills, or the girl getting caught in the middle of night talking to a guy on the phone, or a phone getting caught which was gifted to her by her boyfriend, or the messages in the phone been read by either of the parents, and similar stuff.
- Exceptional crisis: Now this is the exceptional case, and it includes situations like a group of guys calling up at a girl's place and playing pranks out of jealousy or other reasons, or complaints from school which link a girl with a guy including unaccepted behaviour, Or friends spreading rumours about a girl, and the rumours reach to someone who knows her parents, like her cousin or Aunt, and similar stuff.
Now summing up everything we have about this age group, the girls are highly attracted towards glitz, spotlight, and attention. They like guys who are rich, ironically, even if her father is as rich as or even richer than the guy, it won't matter; but if he has a good car, he'll grab her attention. For example, if a guy is a basketball team captain, half of the girls will have a crush on him (Authority); if a guy is a rock star, half of the chicks will go mad for him (Status Symbol); if a guy is an amazing painter, chicks will go made for him (Creativity); if a guy owns five cars, the girls go mad for him (Luxury). Now I can list countless of similar examples, and this is also the reason why girls supremely focus about clothing, make-up, and despise other girls who look better or equal, because in a subconscious way, just the way guys compete with each other for girls, girls compete with each other to get attention of guys.
What about those guys who are none of the above?
There is where the book comes in; again, and for the last time: Girls don't know what they exactly want in this age group and whatever attracts them suiting to their likings in television, media or Internet, they get attracted towards it. What they like about them is the idea of being with such a figure, and never the absolute thing. They like the idea of being with a basketball captain/ a rock-star/ a painter/ and so on. The fact is: they are attracted by the idea, so don't ever get upset because an idea can always be created for a short time; in short, an idea can always be faked. And if I am untrue, then just for a second think - What does someones musical gift/ athletic skills/ painting got to do with compatibility in a relationship? These things only create an idea to be with but never a man who is these things. He can be an idiot, or have anger management problems, could be a psycho or anything disturbing.
